About Me

Hi! I’m a mom of three and teacher by trade. I care deeply about helping parents navigate the postpartum period in a way that feels calm, informed, and empowering. In a day and age where we are more connected than ever, many parents report feeling isolated and alone during this vulnerable period of their lives. This is my role as the postpartum doula: to be a grateful and willing member of your village. I will care for you as you care for your baby by providing companionship, practical advice, and hands on support.
You can expect a holistic and individualized approach that employs evidence-based practices and an appreciation for the tiny victories in new parenthood.
As a Doula, my role is non-clinical. I am here as a resource and listening ear to help you through this time. My goal is to help parents exit the postpartum period healthier and more whole than when they entered it.

Background-checked and CPR/First-Aid certified.
